In-Stock Commercial Orders

Standard wholesale inventory is packed and handed over to outbound carriers within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation and commercial invoice authorization.

Custom OEM & Bulk Procurement Lead Times

Custom packaging runs, private label orders, and customized product builds follow agreed-upon manufacturing milestones. Standard production lead times generally range between 15 to 30 calendar days, followed by immediate export customs clearance.

For standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) consignments, all applicable customs duties, import tariffs, and national taxes are calculated and settled prior to arrival, ensuring zero unexpected destination fees for your warehouse operations. For FOB or EXW contracts, our logistics team assists your designated freight forwarder with smooth container loading and export declarations.

5. Cargo Insurance & Shipment Tracking Support

All commercial consignments dispatched by Urbanista are covered under comprehensive marine and transit cargo insurance policy standards. Once your shipment leaves our distribution center, a master tracking number and shipping manifest will be dispatched to your logistics representative.
